- Side dish: oven-baked potatoes, molokhiya
- Rice: single grain, vermicelli rice
- Pasta: Penne Arrabbiata (Red Sauce with Olives)
- Main Course: Dawood Basha kofta, chicken piccata mushroom, oven-roasted kofta, nuggets for children)
Buffet Option #2 - International Cuisine
Price: 2,000 EGP per person
- Soup: cream of mushroom, vegetables
- Salads: tahini, coleslaw, eggplant, fattoush
- Side dish: vegetable turley, moussaka
- Rice: vermicelli, rice ezzi mezi (rice with vegetables)
- Pasta béchamel
- Protein: Beef Stroganoff, chicken with curry sauce, nuggets for children
Buffet Option #3 - Seafood
Price: 3,000 EGP per person
- Soup: shrimp, creamy seafood
- Salads: greens, tahini, baba ghanoush, fattoush
- Side dish: egg potato tray, mixed seafood casserole
